Our Pediatrician opportunities offer highly competitive compensation packages and reasonable on-call schedules. In fact, many of our positions involve either no on-call requirements or limited on-call requirements that allow you to maintain a reasonable personal lifestyle.
Sterling Medical’s Pediatrician opportunities are also unique in that they typically involve no billing or collections, with high levels of annual guaranteed compensation. In addition, the majority of our positions provide you with the opportunity to practice in an electronic medical record (EMR) environment.
A major benefit to our Pediatricians is, many of our positions offer outpatient, Monday through Friday practices, without weekend or on-call responsibilities. At practice locations where there are on-call responsibilities, on-call rotations are typically quite reasonable, without the necessity for solo or other extended on-call responsibilities.
