Many of these positions only require licensure in any U.S. state, rather than the specific state you will be practicing in.
Our Family Practice Physician positions offer highly competitive compensation packages and typically only require professional service Monday through Friday, during normal working hours. On-call hours are always reasonable, with many of our positions involving either no on-call requirements or limited on-call requirements that allow you to maintain a reasonable personal lifestyle.
Sterling Medical’s Family Practice Physician opportunities are also unique in that they typically involve no billing or collections, with high levels of annual guaranteed compensation. In addition, the majority of our positions provide you with the opportunity to practice in an electronic medical record (EMR) environment.
A major benefit to our Family Practice Physicians or, many of our positions offer outpatient, Monday through Friday practices, without weekend or on-call responsibilities. At practice locations where there are on-call responsibilities, on-call rotations are typically quite reasonable, without the necessity for solo or other extended on-call responsibilities.
